For an ASN, SNDS will use WHOIS likewise to the way it does for IPs, in that it'll authorize any electronic mail addresses found in the ASN report taken care of by the registrars.  Upon thriving receipt in the authorization e mail and clicking to the link it has, SNDS will then provide the consumer entry to all of the subnets marketed by that ASN.
